📦 Order Processing & Shipping

🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders take 3–5 business days to process before shipment.

  • Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure top quality.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on your country and local customs

⚠️ Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, peak order periods, or global events.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can check your status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing divinitynutri@gmail.com with the subject line:

    • “CANCEL MY ORDER”

    • “ADDRESS CHANGE”

  • After 24 hours (or once shipped), we’re unable to make changes.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make two delivery attempts.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned. Re-delivery may require additional shipping costs.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Please email divinitynutri@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.
